What is the program all about?

The Bachelor’s program in Economics and Financial Management in Denmark is for those of you who enjoy mathematics and working with numbers. If mathematics has always given you pleasure and you see yourself as a future expert in the investment sector, for example, then when choosing to study in Aarhus you will hit the jackpot! Everything you will do during your bachelor’s degree is directly developed in relation to the business sector, which means that you will not deal with outdated or unnecessary information. The program is divided into 7 semesters, one of which is an internship in Denmark or abroad. The education is based on group work and real business problems of companies in the field. Do not be surprised if during the education a representative of Danske Bank comes to your class room with a current problem, which will be assigned to you as a semester project! You guessed it right, this project is also your open door to your new job at the largest bank in Denmark. The possibilities here are endless and you control your own future! Sky is the limit!

Admission requirements and needed documents.

For your documents to be reviewed, you must have:
English – level B.
Mathematics – level B.

1. Motivation letter.
2. Diploma for completed secondary education or academic transcript (for the last 3 years with grades and number of hours of teaching).
3. Verification form.
4. Copy of your ID card or passport.
5. English certificate.

What can you continue studying or where can you work?

You can review all master’s degrees in Denmark. If you want to continue your education outside of Denmark, this is also possible. Contact us to avoid mistakes.

Even if you do not want to continue your education with a master’s degree, you will definitely be able to start working as:

Customer advisor, Business client advisor, Investment advisor, Realtor – both private and business, Real estate administrator, Financial consultant, Insurance advisor, Mortgage employee.

Personal opinion and practical experience

I did not expect that the education in Denmark would be totally different from what I went through in Bulgaria for 12 years. In Denmark the teachers perceive us as equals and are always ready to rethink the situation based on our opinion and experience. It took me a long time to get used to it, but I see how more and more this way of learning makes you more curious, ask questions and read additional information. The group work is a huge plus, because you do not deal with the problems alone. It feels great to have 3-4 more people , who help you solve the impossible at first glance! As I said, the teachers are our friends and are always ready for questions and consultations by email, skype, phone or in person! I think this is impossible to happen in Bulgaria…

The practice during the internship in the sixth semester is irreplaceable, and a great chance to check how ready you are to face the real world environment after graduation. My life here is not always easy. I have to deal with everything on my own, but I cannot image not doing it all over again! I have completely changed my way of thinking, I have seen a completely new, better and unique way of life. Thanks to my education, the opportunities that open up for my future are immense.
